The Power Of A List

Fellas, here’s a little trick of the trade to help you find success in your dating life.

Make a list.

Seriously. When the girl you like, (or love) mentions that she likes something, or wants to see/do/own something, write it down.

I have a buddy who introduced me to this concept, and it’s worked miracles for the both of us. When Christmas or a birthday rolls around, there’s no last minute panicking. Just pull up the list and *BAM* remember that purse at Nordstrom she loved? How bout the new album by her favorite band that just came out?

Need to remember her favorite restaurant? How bout her favorite dish at her favorite restaurant? Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Shoe size? Favorite perfume? Pet peeves? Ok… you get my point.

The more details the better… as long as you don’t cross over in to creepy territory. Also, keep in mind that it’s not as impressive when she knows you have a list… or when she sees you adding to it.

What it all boils down to is that keeping a list just made being thoughtful a whole lot easier.

Now, go and do thou likewise.

This can even continue after your married with a small twist if needed. Post a list for both of you with gift ideas on it. They have to vary in effort and expense. Then you can each do/buy something for eachother with no stress and know that it will be enjoyed and appreciated.
